About Badwani

 Badwani is a district in southwestern Madhya Pradesh, known for being an agricultural hub, particularly for fruits, and is historically famous as the “Paris of Nimar”. It was founded around 1650, was the capital of a princely state, and its district was formed in 1998. The area is situated on the banks of the Narmada River and is bordered by the Satpura and Vindhyachal forest ranges.
